Section 1. There will be a Registrar of the Diocese who shall be a canonical resident Clergyman in this Diocese, who shall be appointed by the Bishop.
Section 2. The duty of the Registrar shall maintain adequate records of the consecration of the bishops and the ordination of clergy and deacons of this Diocese, noting the exact location and dates thereof, with the names of the consecrating bishops and priests payer and of those present and participating; charge that is validated in the most complete possible, and ensure that they keep a similar record and authentication of all future consecrations of Bishops and Clergy Ordinations and Deacons of this Diocese. Due notice of the place and date of such consecrations will be provided by the Bishop to the Registrar, and shall be his duty to attend such consecrations and ordinations.
