Officials of the Diocese Section 3. - A) The diocesan synod shall elect a Nominating Committee consisting of three (3) priests and six (6) Lay all canonical resident in this Diocese, and whose function is to implement processes for the positions directors of this Diocese. b) The Committee shall renew annually a third of its members: two (2) lay and one (1) cleric same shall be elected at Synod. Section 4. - A) the Nominating Committee will propose a slate annually to Diocesan Synod for the office of Treasurer Diocesan Synod and elect one of them for that office.
